Warehouse Supervisor — KPI‑Driven, SAP Expert & Team Coach

Johnson Controls is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehouse staff and oversee daily operations in our Nuevo León facility. You will coordinate receiving, storage, and shipping, monitor productivity and inventory accuracy, and partner with EHS to meet safety goals.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in business or logistics, 3–5 years in warehouse management, SAP experience, and strong teamwork abilities. English proficiency is required at 50% for collaboration across teams.
