Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, loading, dispatch, and shipping.

Lead warehouse staff by coordinating work schedules, task assignments, manpower allocation, and shift handover.

Monitor inventory movement, stock accuracy, warehouse transactions, and operational documentation.

Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities with operations, inventory, transport, and client service teams.

Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment, shipment processing, and service execution.

Conduct regular warehouse floor checks to ensure safety, housekeeping, storage discipline, and proper handling of goods.

Support inventory counts, cycle counts, stock audits, and discrepancy investigation.

Monitor warehouse KPIs, productivity, service levels, and operational performance.
