Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced FMCG environment, ensuring efficient material flow, inventory accuracy, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise warehouse operations to support production and distribution requirements
• Lead, train, and monitor warehouse staff, including 3PL personnel
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of all inbound and outbound transactions
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and system reconciliation (e.g., SAP)
• Monitor stock levels, shelf life, and apply FIFO/FEFO practices
• Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency
