Warehouse Supervisor II – Second Shift (Supply Chain Planning)
Purpose: Achieve an elevated level of satisfaction through excellence in receiving, storage, identification, dispatching, shipping, and material flow, ensuring quality of goods.
Accountable for coaching and people development.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise materials associates to achieve business goals while maintaining compliance with quality systems, Good Manufacturing Practices, material control procedures, housekeeping, and safety policies.
Supervise operations across one or more warehouses and facilities.
Oversee material management processes of raw materials, warehousing, replenishment systems, and finished goods.
Prioritize workloads, monitor and adjust daily work schedules, and distribute projects to meet schedules.
Support opportunities to improve inventory investment through inventory entitlement models for applicable product lines.
