Responsibilities

Achieve warehouse performance objectives, in particular by establishing on-the-floor operation excellence and daily management methods; define cost‑saving, productivity, and service level improvement opportunities, measure performance, analyze opportunities, improve and control performance, constantly aiming to reach the ultimate goal of outstanding customer satisfaction, speed inbound‑to‑outbound cycle time, and eliminate errors. Overall responsibility for handling returns for the warehouse, developing and implementing standard returns procedures; coordinate returns acceptance, registration, classification, and processing to improve returns processing efficiency; analyze returns data and provide improvement suggestions to reduce return rates and ensure smooth business operations.
