Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities - Warehouse Operations Management

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
• Ensure goods are received, inspected, recorded, and stored correctly.
• Monitor order preparation to meet agreed dispatch schedules.
• Ensure dispatch documentation and processes are completed accurately.

Inventory Management, Stock Aging & Valuation

• Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and stock reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical and system stock.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records are maintained in the warehouse system.
• Support annual stock audits, internal checks, and inventory reconciliation activities.
• Prepare regular stock aging reports to identify slow-moving, non-moving, and long-term inventory stored in the warehouse.
