Our client is a reputed organization in the logistics & warehousing sector. We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth workflow execution.
- Supervise inbound, put‑away, replenishment, picking, packing and dispatch activities.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock reconciliations.
- Train, mentor and schedule warehouse associates to maximize productivity.
- Ensure adherence to warehouse safety standards and operational procedures.
- Implement quality control checks for incoming and outgoing goods.
- Track warehouse KPIs and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Coordinate returns management and inventory movement activities.
