Job description

The role is responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing warehouse processes, ensuring efficient inventory management, and leading warehouse personnel to achieve operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and implement daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure accurate and timely inventory recording and monitoring using warehouse or ERP systems.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to improve productivity and accuracy.
• Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure compliance with inventory control practices (FIFO, cycle counting, stock reconciliation).
