Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for a hands-on, experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Welshpool. This is a working supervisory role where you'll lead by example, actively participating in warehouse operations while ensuring the efficient flow of inbound and outbound stock, optimal warehouse storage, and a safe, productive work environment. A little bit about the role: Lead, supervise and support a small warehouse team on a day-to-day basis Coordinate and participate in warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch Plan and schedule daily and weekly warehouse activities to ensure customer expectations are met Manage the efficient movement of incoming and outgoing stock to maximise productivity and minimise delays Optimise warehouse layout and storage utilisation to ensure stock is stored safely, accurately and efficiently Monitor stock movements and inventory accuracy through cycle counts Manage freight providers and courier services to en...
