Responsibilities

• Receiving and processing : Receiving and processing orders, and pulling materials
• Storing and organizing : Storing and organizing merchandise in the warehouse, and putting labels on outgoing parcels
• Loading and unloading : Loading and unloading materials from trucks, railway cars, and other vehicles
• Inventory : Taking inventory of materials, and conducting inventory checks
• Operating equipment : Operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks
• Safety : Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and following health and safety regulations
• Shipping : Packaging merchandise for shipment, and keeping records of shipments
• Deliveries : Completing deliveries by driving a truck or van to and from vendors
