This role is responsible for leading a team of sorters across key dispatch waves, ensuring exceptional sort accuracy, maintaining rigorous quality assurance standards at dispatch, and driving operational throughput targets.
The successful candidate will be actively involved on the warehouse floor, monitoring performance, resolving operational issues in real time, and ensuring parcels are processed accurately and efficiently.
This position is ideally suited to a proactive leader who thrives in a high volume environment, is comfortable working with logistics systems and scanning technology, and enjoys leading from the front to deliver outstanding operational results.
