Warehouse Shift Lead - SCommerce (Laguna)

Responsibilities

Oversee the inbound process and team members to ensure all Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and targets are achieved.

Create schedule and monitor tasks and duties; manage overall performance and attendance.

Ensure all deliveries are received, checked, processed, and endorsed to the next process within agreed timelines.

Notify appropriate departments when there is non-conformance or shortage/overages are found.

Ensure all transfers are processed immediately upon arrival in the warehouse.

Provide reports to Warehouse Lead for internal performance reporting.
