Warehouse Shift Lead - KPI & Process Improvement

SPX Express in Manila is looking for a qualified individual to oversee the sorting center processes, manage performance and attendance of team members, and ensure all deliveries are processed timely. Candidates must have a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and a minimum of 2-5 years experience in E-commerce, Logistics, and Warehousing.

Supervisory experience for both direct and agency employees is preferred, along with strong attention to detail and knowledge of process improvement.
