- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a warehousing / logistics environment. Customer / Client relationship management and communication skills
- Added advantages: Email Etiquette, Telephone Etiquette, ability to work under pressure and solve problems
Main Purpose of the Role
To ensure all KPI’s are achieved as per SLA agreement within the Admin department. To report on the performance of your department to Internal Management. Attend to all client requirements promptly, efficiently, and proactively.
