Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and process incoming shipments, verifying accuracy against packing lists, delivery notes and other shipping documents received from clients.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse inventory, ensuring items are stored in designated locations.
- Pick, pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring quality and 100% accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and hand trolleys safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in warehouse operations or logistics are a plus.
At least 1‑2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment, demonstrating familiarity with inventory management.
Proficient in using warehouse management software and basic computer applications for tracking orders and inventory.
