Position Overview

Under the direction of the Operations Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Operations Supervisor is accountable for supervising and leading a high performing team, responsible for handling product safely, efficiently and effectively as it moves through the facility. The Warehouse Operations Supervisor executes daily and weekly operational plans to meet and exceed customer service requirements. The Operations Supervisor is responsible for the motivation, training, and leading their team to achieve company expectations.
