Monitor inventory turnover and highlight slow-moving or obsolete stock.DTC Fulfillment Oversight - Monitor daily DTC fulfillment KPIs, including: Order Fulfillment Rate (on-time shipments), Order Accuracy Rate, Average Order Processing Time, SLA Compliance for same-day/next-day shipping.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks in picking, packing, and shipping.
Audit outbound DTC shipments to ensure packaging and presentation meet brand standards.
