**Purpose of the Role**:
You will be responsible for **leading and overseeing daily warehouse activities** including inventory control, shipping, receiving, space utilization, and equipment maintenance. Your mission is to **drive operational KPIs, implement lean process improvements**, and lead your team through **servant leadership and continuous development**.
