Warehouse Operations & Inventory Excellence Lead

Shopee is looking for a Warehouse Manager in the Philippines to oversee the inventory process and ensure that all Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are achieved. The successful candidate will manage team schedules, ensure adequate staffing, and optimize warehouse operations.

This role involves supervising physical inventory counts, handling replenishment, and ensuring compliance with storage procedures. Effective communication with different departments and reporting to the Warehouse Lead will also be key responsibilities.
