WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, execute and participate in daily warehouse operation and activities, including the receipt, documentation, storage, safety and distribution of equipment and supplies and maintenance of inventory.
• Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics
• Perform quality and quantity check of materials prior to delivery/use and upon acceptance at warehouse.
• Comply to safety regulations and security measures for warehouse operations
• Monitor the delivery and receiving schedules of goods in the warehouse.
• Monitor daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, logistics and procurement
• Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance as needed
