Duty Manager required to lead a shift of 8 staff on a afternoon / evening shift Managing the delivery of the targets set out and proactively assisting with the development and implementation of programs, which will see ongoing improvement throughout the site. Management of KPIs and where appropriate implement timely corrective and improvement actions to achieve targets. Developing a good working relationship with Senior Management and the other Duty Managers on site. Support all parts of the business. Maintaining a safe working environment in line with Health & Safety as well as all other relevant legislative requirements. Playing a leadership role in maintaining current procedures, improving employee engagement and participation, drive continuous improvement and a high performing culture.
