SUMMARY:
Lexdan Select is assisting a company with their search for a Warehouse Manager, based in Cape Town.
POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities: Lead operational warehouse activities, maintaining efficiency and accuracy across receiving, inventory handling, fulfilment, dispatch, and returns. Manage dispatch and logistics activities. Manage and develop a team of warehouse staff, fostering a culture of accountability, and compliance with operational procedures. Requirements: Minimum 4 years of experience managing a warehouse in an FMCG , or food manufacturing environment. Experience working in an FSSC 22000-certified environment. Experience with Cin7 is a must. Strong leadership experience managing teams, combined with the ability to work in a physically demanding environment, is required.
