About the role
The Warehouse Admin will be responsible for managing daily warehouse activities and maintain a basic stock control system.
This role will become the main person who controls incoming and outgoing goods. The goal is to make sure stock data is clear, updated, and accurate, so we can plan purchases better and avoid stock-out.
What You Will Do
- Check and receive incoming goods, match with Surat Jalan
- Check quantity and basic condition of goods
- Record all incoming items in stock spreadsheet
- Update stock data regularly
- Assist to count physical stock when needed
- Handle item requests from teams
- Record all outgoing goods (who requests, item name, quantity)
- Update stock after goods are released
- Support stock monitoring for other regions (remind PIC to update stock)
