Tasks & Responsibilities
- Assist in tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
- Monitor and support the receiving, storing, and distribution of materials within the warehouse.
- Participate in cycle counts.
- Implement ABC classification for warehouse materials.
- Conduct safety audits in the warehouse.
- Analyze root causes of incorrect shipments and propose corrective actions.
- Students in their 7th semester or beyond, enrolled in a degree program in Industrial Engineering or Logistics Engineering.
- Experience with academic projects related to inventory management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Intermediate English proficiency (oral and written).
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Desirable knowledge of Lean tools: waste elimination, standard work, time and motion studies.
