Warehouse Inbound & Outbound Operations Supervisor

SHEIN is seeking an Inbound & Outbound Supervisor in Cuautitlán, Mexico, responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations across receiving, picking, and packing processes. You will lead high-volume execution and ensure service-level compliance, improving performance through data-driven decisions.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of warehouse operations experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong analytical and leadership skills. Proficiency in ERP systems and communication in both Spanish and conversational English is preferred.
