Warehouse Dock Supervisor

Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Warehouse Dock Supervisor in the Transportation Industry in Moncton, New Brunswick. The Supervisor will support daily dock operations in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

This role is responsible for directing floor activity, coordinating staff, and keeping freight moving safely and efficiently. You’ll be the go‑to person on shift: managing workflow, assigning tasks, and ensuring operations stay on track.

Training will take place on day shift, with a transition to a 4‑day, 12‑hour night shift schedule (Thursday–Sunday) once training is complete.

We offer: $24.50 hourly. Training Schedule: Monday‑Thursday 5:00am–5:00pm. After Training: Thursday–Sunday 5:00pm–5:00am. Full‑time, consistent hours. 4‑day work week. Opportunity to work in a leadership role. Hands‑on, team‑focused work environment.
