Job Scope
- Key in warehouse data into Warehouse Management System (WMS) accurately and on time
- Keep inventory system updated daily
- Respond to customer enquiries and follow up
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with customers
- Support cycle count, monthly and yearly stock take
- Maintain proper filing of warehouse documents and records
- Arrange daily picking, packing, and transport coordination
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
- Mon – Fri: 7:45am – 4:45pm
- Sat: 7:45am – 11:45am
- Mon – Fri: 4:00pm – 10:30pm OR 4:15pm – 1:00am
- Sat: Off
- Basic Salary $2,500 – $2,700/month
- Night shift allowance ($7–$9/day)
