As Warehouse Coordinator you will be responsible for day-to-day warehouse activities including pick and pack monitoring, inbound and outbound transaction monitoring.
What You’ll Do
- Assist Warehouse Supervisor in monitoring daily warehouse operations, particularly in receiving, pick and pack, and dispatching.
- Ensure all stocks are received in good condition and complete based on reference documents.
- Monitor pick and pack activity based on order priority matrix.
- Ensure that all priority deliveries are dispatched in a timely manner per area and availability of resources.
- Report to Warehouse Supervisor the status of daily operations on an hourly basis.
- Assist in delegating/assigning daily tasks to contractual personnel.
- Assist in ensuring that material handling equipment is in good condition.
- Guide and train new contractual personnel in their assigned tasks. ...
