Warehouse Coordination
- Schedule deliveries to avoid congestion in the warehouse area
- Inspect received products and sign the quality form
- Notify the Procurement and Logistics teams upon product arrival at the warehouse
- Create Item Received (IR) entries in NetSuite following product receipt
- Prepare Delivery Orders based on Sales Orders
- Coordinate demo deliveries with the Sales team
- Coordinate with Warehouse Assistants to ensure proper product storage and segregation
- Track the movement of products in and out of the warehouse to prevent misplacement and ensure accurate inventory management
- Ensure products are available in the correct quantities and notify of any product arrivals, removals, and shortages
