500 UPS The Warehouse Coordinator plays a critical role in managing various tasks associated with afternoon operations. This position supports multiple in-building functions, including Dispatch, Delivery Change Request, COD, and internal delivery (same building). Key Responsibilities
- Afternoon cycle Sort and Load: Coordinate and manage the sorting and loading processes.
- Damage Inspection: Inspect, repack, and follow up on in-building damages. At times, onsite inspections might be required.
- Inbuilding Pickups and Deliveries: Handle internal customers pickups and deliveries (same building)
- Night Dispatch: Manage night dispatch, Delivery Change Request, self-lodge, and sorting the undeliverable packages.
- Shuttle Support: Ensure the afternoon and evening export shuttles are timely, and no volume is left behind.
- Undelivered Packages Follow-Up: Follow up with customers to try to get these out for delivery again....
