Warehouse Assistant

Responsibilities

• Receiving items from the supplier and allocating stock
• Purchase request consumables and PPE sanitation request
• Purchase request consumables and PPE for project use
• Prepare consumables and PPE for the project
• Prepare consumables and PPE for all sanitation monthly
• Accountability issuance form for PPE request and project use
• Conduct monthly inventory consumables
• Warehouse housekeeping
• Other tasks may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
• Willing to work overtime, shifting schedules, or weekends if needed
• Can work with minimal supervision
• Willing to be assigned in Cainta, Rizal
• At least senior high school graduate/college level and must be knowledgeable in basic computer functions/software (e.g., Microsoft)
