Warehouse Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming shipments of paint, chemicals, and raw materials
• Load and unload paint containers, drums, and supplies safely
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and packaging of hazardous materials
• Maintain clean and organized storage areas, including proper segregation of flammable and non-flammable items
• Use pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other equipment to move materials safely
• Follow all safety protocols for handling paints, solvents, and chemical products
• Support inventory control by conducting stock counts and updating records
• Dispose of waste materials in compliance with environmental regulations
• Assist production team by supplying materials as needed
