Found Description
- Ensures that all transactions are supported by pertinent documents and duly approved by authorized signatories
- Responsible for preparation of documents such as Delivery Receipts and Sales Invoice for the following transaction:
- Sales to Customers (OP Accounts)
- Delivery to Rental Accounts
- Responsible in Receiving of all Transfer Order in Netsuite once Fulfilled and Actual Received by Clients.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Manager or Transport Supervisor
- Coordinate with Sales Admin for the transmittal of Outright Purchase Order for Delivery.
- College Graduate
- Proficient in MS Officer Applications; Excel, Word, Power Point
