Operations Assistant (Warehouse) will be mainly responsible for overall warehouse organization and will be behind in receiving and storing inventory according to purchase orders and store policy. They are expected to fulfill the picking and packing of e-commerce and distribution orders accordingly, ensuring items are of good quality, catching defects and damages with handled products, loss prevention, receiving deliveries or shipments, and warehouse cleanliness. They will strictly adhere to warehouse protocols and company standards while conducting their duties.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pick orders from Lazada, Shopee, AD website, and/or other e-commerce sites.
- Pack orders carefully, following company standards and SOP.
- Check and inspect goods received to ensure that they are of accurate quantity, type, and acceptable quality.
- Maintain the organization of stocks and items in the warehouse.
