Job Description

• Ensure timely and accurate issuance of standard parts for each machine to the next stage of production.
• Responsible for all inventory-related functions by conducting regular inventory counts to ensure correctness at any given time.
• Receives newly delivered items and standard parts endorsed by procurement receiving staff.
• Responsible for checking and segregating all available standard parts needed for particular projects.
• Responsible for the preparation of purchase requests to replenish stocks of inventory items.
• Responsible for the actual counting of all parts maintained in material storage for monthly inventory.
• Responsible for maintaining the proper arrangement of material storage.
• Responsible for checking the completeness of all signatories of the issuance slip.
