Warehouse Assistant

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments ensuring accuracy and quality before processing
• Maintain organized storage areas employing efficient layout strategies to maximize space and accessibility
• Utilize inventory management software to track stock levels and assist in conducting regular inventory audits
• Pick and pack orders with precision ensuring that all items are correctly labeled and prepared for shipment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on logistics or supply chain management preferred
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is highly desirable
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within the first month of employment is required
• Proficient in using warehouse management systems and basic computer software, including MS Office
