Warehouse Assistant

Responsibilities

• In charge of product movement (going in and out)
• Validate and inspect every order coming in and going out of the warehouse
• Organize stocks and ensure cleanliness
• Update the inventory system in a weekly and monthly manner.
• Support and coordinate sales team to ensure that customers are served on time and properly
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
• Arrange transportation, prepare shipping documents, and couriers/freight forwarders to ensure the smooth movement of our products.
• Arrange schedules for pickup of all orders

Qualifications

• At least High school Graduate
• With Experience
