About the Role
Responsibility for planning capacity, managing resources and controlling workflows in Tech Data's 500k sq ft semi-automated logistics facility. The role is part of the existing management team and is responsible for ensuring KPI achievement in terms of service, productivity and cost.
Responsibilities
- Manage the balance between resources and workload, effective usage and capacity planning of resources
- Working closely with the management team to continuously improve process to improve quality and reduce cost e.g. Slotting and release management
- Management of operations to exceed goals and targets (productivity, quality, customer facing SLA's, Cost - resource and freight cost)
- Maintain, develop and measure proper set of internal KPIs, SLAs, cost (tracking/control)
