Job Description
- Provide administrative support for order fulfilment and deliveries
- Manage inventory control by regular cycle count and inventory reconciliation
- Coordinate with agents, carriers, vendors and customers to ensure smooth transactions
- Responsible for day to day processing such as picking and packing list, permit declaration, collection and deliveries
- Support productivity enhancements for Contract Logistics Operations
- Actively engages in warehouse system digitalization initiatives throughout the network
- Ensure all shipping processes have timely closure i.e. from receiving of request, invoicing, etc.
- Ensure all costs, details and processes are kept up to date in WMS
- Ensure all documents, including billing invoice and pre-alert, reaches the customer in a timely manner
