Warehouse Admin

Responsibilities

• Assist in the receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials to ensure efficiency and accuracy in inventory management.
• Maintain warehouse management systems to optimize storage solutions and streamline operations.
• Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to schedule deliveries and manage supply levels, ensuring stock availability and minimizing overstock.
• Prepare and reports on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and order fulfillment rates to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Liaise with transportation companies and internal departments to resolve any shipping or receiving issues, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.

Qualifications

• Atleast College Level
• Willing to work on-site (Makati, Taguig, Quezon City)
• Willing to work in shifting schedule including night shift
