Job Description
- Supervise General Warehouse Activities
- Verify items are in good condition according to delivery receipts.
- Inspect loading operations to ensure they follow warehouse and shipping specifications and to ensure proper use of warehouse space.
- Read delivery notices, orders, invoices, and other documents to manage priorities and ensure correct warehouse methods are used and records are accurately stored in the database.
- Meet warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying warehouse system improvements.
