Warehouse Admin

Responsible for inventory, requisitions, safe keep, monitoring, allocating and dispatching of scheduled construction materials, tools and equipment in the Central Warehouse.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

• Receives material requisition form from the site and prepares material request for release based on schedule.
• Coordinates with Logistics Head for transport of requested materials to the project site.
• Prepares requests of all consumable materials and coordinates transmittal and transport to requesting projects and department.
• Coordinates with Purchasing Head for Purchase Orders for delivery.
• Receives delivery of materials from supplier. Checks completeness of items delivered and checks if all delivered items is consistent with purchase order and the Delivery Receipt.
• Logs all delivered items or materials in the Logbook and submits Delivery Receipt to Purchasing Department.
