Wallet Product Expert

Responsibilities

1. Provide comprehensive wallet solutions based on business and compliance requirements
2. Continuously optimize the wallet product experience through internal daily iterations
3. Resolve wallet issues by engaging with stakeholders and internal teams
4. Build operational tools, including data analysis dashboards, operation backend tools, and monitoring & alerting systems
5. Conduct operational status diagnostics, including daily and weekly reports and other data analytical reports
6. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and implement robust security measures to protect digital assets and user information

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; 5–10 years of relevant experience
