 · Develop WalkMe content such as
Smart Walk-Thrus, Launchers, Tooltips, and ShoutOuts 

· Design role-based user guidance
aligned to business processes 

· Collaborate with functional
teams to validate process accuracy 

· Support creation of digital
adoption strategies and roadmaps 

· Monitor usage analytics and
user behavior insights 

· Optimize WalkMe solutions based
on user feedback and adoption metrics 

· Ensure quality, consistency,
and usability of content 

· Provide regular updates to
program governance and OCM teams 

Requirements: 

· 6+ years of experience with 4+
years in digital adoption / WalkMe development 

· Hands-on experience with WalkMe
platform (Smart Walk-Thrus, Editor, Insights) 

· Experience in SAP S/4HANA
programs preferred 

· Understanding of SAP business
