WALKIN INTERVIEW -FOREMEN AND SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily site operations ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
• Supervise and guide a team of skilled laborers and tradespeople fostering a productive and safe work environment.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings translating them into actionable work plans for the crew.
• Implement and enforce strict safety protocols conducting regular site inspections to mitigate risks and prevent accidents.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong foundation in civil engineering or a related technical field, evidenced by a diploma or degree.
• Hold relevant certifications in construction safety (e.g., OSHA) and site supervision (CIVIL/MEP/POOL/FITOUT/JOINERY).
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in a supervisory role within the construction/maintenance industry.
