Qualifications / Licenses / Skills
3 Years Diploma from Hotel school highly regarded
2 years service in Michelin star or 5 star restaurant, hotel or luxury property Mandatory
Fluent in English Mandatory
Fluent in Tagalog, Sinhala or Tamil highly regarded
