Waiter/Waitress (Mallorca)

We are looking for a Waiter/Waitress to join our Food & Beverage team at Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca. This temporary/seasonal position involves delivering exceptional service and upholding the outlet’s high standards.

Responsibilities

• Have a thorough understanding of the outlet’s concept and food & beverage offerings and communicate them clearly to guests.
• Prepare mise en place for each shift and maintain cleanliness and organization throughout service, including polishing and assembling equipment.
• Deliver attentive, efficient, and personalized service by understanding and anticipating guest requirements.
• Properly present all dishes and beverages in line with hotel and outlet standards, upsell services and products to enhance guest experience and revenue.
