Responsibilities

- Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff accurately.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while following proper service etiquette.
- Check on guests periodically to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a courteous manner.
- Process bills and payments using the restaurant’s POS system.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
