Waiter

We are looking for a professional Waiter to join our team in Jabal-Ali, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a waiter and be fluent in English.

• Greeting and seating customers in an efficient and friendly manner
• Taking orders accurately and serving food efficiently
• Maintaining a clean work environment
• Upselling items from the menu
• Maintaining knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and pricing
• Providing excellent customer service
• Handling payment transactions accurately
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Resolving customer complaints in a polite and timely manner

• Previous experience as a waiter or similar position
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of food safety standards
