- Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and allergens.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, using POS systems or manual methods.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Prior experience as a waiter or in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent customer service abilities.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
